WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

NOTES
★ Prices may increase as my skill improves (or due to demand); I am new to L2D and am still learning.
★ Designs will be simplified to fit the art style.
★ I cannot rig iPhone-exclusive tracked parts (e.g. tongue, cheek puff), as I do not own any device to be able to test it. However, you may have me add those as toggle expressions instead (expression fee). Mouth X is also not included by default right now, as I am still learning.
★ Art style notes: no fingernails (claws ok), no gradients (any gradients will have flattened transitions), no booba
★ I am only familiar with VTube Studio; I can only help with setting up in that software.
★ I use a base body for my models; I will have to redraw certain elements if I resize the canvas, then set them up in Live2D. This is why I charge for such.
★ I will not make L2D art or rigs for copyrighted characters unless you have permission from the owner.
★ This art style is mainly inspired by ieul_7. However, I may deviate from it as time goes on.

GENERAL
★ Pay at least 50% of your total fee for me to start working on the commission. You can pay full upfront if you wish.★ I will send you a sketch (possibly mixed with lineart due to how I work) once you have paid this minimum 50%.★ The commission must be paid in full before I proceed past the lineart stage and send you the final artwork.★ I will send the final output via email / Google Drive link unless you request otherwise. I will not be responsible for any image compression that may occur on other mediums.★ Please send as many references/descriptions as you can, and be detailed with what you want the outcome of your commission to look like.★ The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow.★ I have the right to decline/cancel a commission for any reason.★ As my client, I expect you to be responsive to any inquiries I may have regarding the commission as I work on it. If you do not respond to me for 2 weeks without prior notice, I will cancel the commission. You will not be eligible for a refund.★ I require at least a 7-day allowance to work unless otherwise specified. I only work on comms in my free time; this is why it may take me a while to deliver.★ The estimated delivery dates on this site are not hard deadlines. If you have a deadline for me, inform me so I can add the additional fee.★ You may not post any WIPs I show you unless given permission.★ I may post the finished work and/or WIPs on my social media and/or portfolio unless it is requested to be private. You may also ask me to not post the comm until a specified date/time.★ You are never allowed to claim my work as yours.★ You may post/use my commissioned work for you anywhere (except otherwise stated usage in my TOS), but you must credit me at least once.★ For Vtuber model commissions, you must credit me somewhere permanent on your socials (e.g. Twitter bio, Twitch panels).★ You may not edit/modify any of my works without permission. For PNG/L2D models, feel free to use any assets/filters as you wish, just do not directly modify the model.★ You may not trace over or heavily reference my works in any way. This includes using my work as a "base".★ I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my works when I post them online.★ You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design made by me by creating a copy image with your name added as well (ie. through a watermark) when uploading on external sites.★ I may delete your files from my computer / Google Drive 2 months after the commission was finished. For Vtuber models made by me, please let me know if and why you would like me to keep it for longer (e.g. future outfit plans).★ Canvas size change is only okay before I start on lineart. I prefer that you request it before I start the commission.★ You may not resell any of my commissioned works.★ For Vtuber models, inform me if you would like to resell (and when it does get sold, you must tell me who it is sold to). You are only allowed to resell for LESS than the amount you paid me.★ You may not use my artworks for any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, and any other future inventions in the space. Use of the artworks for any advertising or profits associated with such is also strictly prohibited.★ You may not upload / use my artworks for any AI art-related technology (e.g. ClipDrop). Use of the artworks for any advertising or profits associated with such is also strictly prohibited.
Additional Fees
The price for your commission will vary depending on complexity. The following will incur additional fees:
★ Giving insufficient visual references for character/s (moodboards or the like do not count)★ Making me design your character (please note that this is not my specialty)★ Backgrounds with details★ Having me draw a character with a detailed design★ Giving me a deadline / time pressure★ Slight modifications to my art style (e.g. Have me draw a chibi with head-body proportions different than those I usually draw)★ Minor revision (first 3 per artwork are free.)★For L2D models, it's 3 free minor revisions per stage (sketch/lineart, flat color, shading). Note that any revisions due to my mistakes are not included in this count. No revisions are allowed once I have merged / cut the art.★ Major revisions (these revisions are only allowed before I start shading.)★ License fee to use my art on products such as merch or video games (DM me about this)
WHAT AM I WILLING TO DRAW?
Generally I'm willing to draw anything except for the following:
★ Mecha
★ Hateful / Offensive / Controversial art
★ NSFW (suggestive is ok; just no "parts" exposed/outlined)
★ Gore
★ Detailed muscles
★ Extremely detailed backgrounds/outfits (click the words for examples)★ For Furry, ask me first. Kemonomimi / animal ears or tails only are auto ok, but I cannot do anthro.
★ For more non-humanoid forms, I'll have to check.★ Also, you may not commission me to imitate another art style.

PayPal Disclaimer
★ Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.★ Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.★ I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.
Refunds / Chargebacks
★ I will not give a refund once I start your commission unless:
a. I cancel it, in which case I will give a full refund.b. [L2D/PNGTuber comms only] I am unable to complete a specific part of the model, in which case I will give a refund for that specific part.c. You cancel your ongoing commission that was on a payment plan and have already made some deposits, in which case I will only refund anything beyond 50% of the agreed final price. If your total deposit so far is lower than or equal to 50% of the comm's price, then no refund.d. It has been at least 6 months and I still have not finished your commission (unless we agreed that the commission may take such an amount of time), in which case I will give a full refund should you decide to cancel the commission.e. I am unable to complete your commission within the agreed upon deadline, in which case I will give a full refund should you decide to cancel the commission. If you want me to continue, I will refund the fee you paid for setting a deadline.★ Any cancellations / failure to finish by agreed deadline due to difficulty with contacting the client (e.g. unresponsive, late response to clarifications) will NOT be eligible for a refund.★ All refunds may be subject to transaction fees.★ You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.★ You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.★ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
